Commissions
Commissioned work, for me, usually means getting to the vantage point nobody else has.
For tourism boards, hotels, municipalities, companies and editorial desks — out of Lienz, across Austria and northern Italy.
I photograph and film, from the ground and from the air. The subject decides which: some of it needs the drone, much of it only needs the right lens and enough time.
Tourism & hospitality
Landscape photography for tourism boards, hotels inside and out — with the camera on the ground as much as from the air. For a region it is worth having material across several seasons, so that not every brochure shows the same summer afternoon.
Drone — outside and inside
Outside: buildings, sites, landscape, property. Inside: a single unbroken flight through a church, a hall, a hotel lobby or a production floor. Exteriors nearly everyone shoots by now — the interior flight is the one people pass on.
Events & concerts
Concerts, company events, openings — photographed and filmed, usually in available light. For the Sinfonieorchester Lienz there is visual accompaniment as well: images running during the concert, not only photographs afterwards.
Companies, editorial & broadcast
Stills and film for companies, editorial commissions, footage for television productions. Images from the archive can be licensed; the terms are on the licensing page.
Drone work — the formalities
Flying commercially takes more than good equipment. In place:
Whatever a particular site needs on top of that — permits in protected areas, above gatherings or inside controlled airspace — I clear before the date.
How a quote comes about
A fixed price list would be dishonest: an evening at a concert and a flight around a hotel have little in common. What sets the price is always the same five things.
Tell me what you have in mind — what should be shown, when, and what for. You get a quote with a fixed figure, not an hourly tally afterwards.
